Scaling a business is not just about managing day-to-day operations; it's about envisioning the future, seizing growth opportunities, and building a resilient and adaptable organization capable of navigating the complexities of growth. In this panel, we'll hear from community management company leaders who have made the critical shift from being consumed by the day-to-day operations of their business to taking a more strategic, leadership approach. Panelists will share their personal journeys, discussing the biggest challenges they faced in letting go of hands-on work, how they empowered their teams to take on more responsibilities, and the mindset shifts required to think more strategically about their business. They'll also highlight the tangible benefits they experienced from making this change.
Panel 2: Optimizing Operations for Efficiency and Scalability

In today's rapidly evolving business landscape, achieving operational excellence is crucial for sustained growth and competitiveness. This panel aims to discover the strategies, best practices, and innovative approaches that organizations can adopt to streamline their operations and scale effectively. This panel dives into the operational changes and frameworks community management companies can implement to create more efficiency and scalability. Panelists will share how they've conducted portfolio analysis, evaluated compensation models, identified unprofitable clients, and leveraged process improvements and automation to reduce costs. They'll also discuss their experiences with leveraging remote staff, outsourcing functions, and using organizational structures like EOS to ensure they have the right people in the right roles as they grow. Don't miss this opportunity to gain valuable insights, network with industry peers, and learn actionable strategies to optimize your operations for efficiency and scalability. Join us for an engaging discussion that promises to inspire and empower you to take your business operations to the next level!
Panel 3: Profitability and Revenue Analysis

General Session - August 8, 2024 - 1:15-2:45 pm

Our lineup of seasoned executives will share their personal journeys of realizing there's more to success than just the bottom line. Rather than chasing status or money at all costs, these trailblazers will discuss the personalized "metrics" they use to measure their own success. They'll offer diverse perspectives on finding genuine happiness through more multi-dimensional approaches that align with their values and create lasting, holistic impact.
